Meeting Strategy for Board and Leadership Conflict
1:1 and group facilitation + culture coaching- Helps nonprofit boards and Executive Directors resolve recurring tensions and misalignments.

- Includes two 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions with the Executive Director and each Officer, followed by 2–3 group meetings with the full board and ED.
